Return an item

Our products not for you? Not to worry: we have a no-questions-asked 7-business day return policy! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or exchange within 7 business days of receipt. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 2 business days from refund submission to be eligible for a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by shipping it back. Please contact us directly for assistance at support@listingbird.com.

All product returns are subject to a 15% repacking and restocking fee by Listing Bird.

Listing Bird, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 30% if:

  • products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories.
  • your return rate is equal to or higher than 40% based on the value of goods you purchase (your return rate is calculated after your first 3 orders placed with Listing Bird)

In addition, Listing Bird reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
